Plans, extras and billing

Business plans, Seller Plus, paid extras like Featured ads and banners, and how billing works.

Airsoft Canada is free for players, clubs and teams. Businesses can list for free and choose a paid plan for more, members who sell a lot can choose Seller Plus, and anyone can buy extras one at a time. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus tax, and are on the Business plans page.

Business plans

  • Free: a Directory listing with logo, 1 upcoming event and 5 ads.
  • Field Pro: for fields and event organizers, with more events, repeating events and Featured events included.
  • Retail Pro: for shops, techs and online stores, with more ads, Featured and Top ads included, brands, and links to your own shop.
  • Premium: everything, first in its province in the Directory, and a banner ad.
  • Advertiser: banner ads only, for brands and distributors.

To choose one, an Owner or Manager switches to the business in My account and opens Plan and billing.

Seller Plus

For members selling as themselves: 25 active ads instead of 5, Featured and Top ads included, a free weekly bump of each ad, 25% off extras, and a Plus badge. Choose it in My account → Seller Plus.

Extras

  • Bump, Featured and Top for ads, from Promote on a live ad.
  • Featured events, from Feature on an upcoming event.
  • Banners for any club, team or business: an ad banner for 30 days, or an event banner until your event, from Advertising → Banners in its account.

Paying

Payments go through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number. Taxes (GST/HST and PST) are added as the law requires, and a receipt is emailed for every payment.

Common questions

›Do clubs and teams need a plan?

No. Clubs and teams are free, with their banner, gallery, map locations and events.

›How do I cancel?

Open Plan and billing (or Seller Plus) and choose Manage card, invoices or cancel. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

›Can I switch plans?

Yes, from the same page. A bigger plan starts straight away, with the difference worked out for you; a smaller one starts at your next renewal.

›What happens if I go over my plan's limits?

Nothing is deleted. Live ads and upcoming events stay up until they end, but you can't add more until you're under the limit. Extras your plan doesn't include, such as a banner or gallery, are hidden and come back if you choose a plan with them again.

›My payment failed.

We email you, and you have 7 days to update your card in Manage card, invoices or cancel before the plan ends.

›Are extras refunded?

Extras such as Bump, Featured, Top and banners start working straight away, so they aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, use Contact Us.

›Where are my invoices?

Each receipt is emailed to you, and they're all in Manage card, invoices or cancel.

›Who can pay for a business?

Its Owners and Managers.
