Events

Find events near you, say you're going, and post events for your club, team or business.

Last updated Oct 11, 2026

Events lists game days, milsims, speedsoft, training, swap meets and more from clubs, teams and businesses across Canada. Choose a type down the side, or see them on a calendar or a map.

Going to an event

  1. Open the event to see its time (always in the event's own local time), place, rules, waiver and what to bring.
  2. Choose Going or Interested. Press it again to take it back.
  3. If you're Going, we'll remind you 2 days before, and tell you if the time or place changes or it's cancelled or postponed.

Your events are in My account → My events, upcoming and past.

Posting an event

Events are posted by clubs, teams and businesses. If yours isn't on the site yet, create it first, for free: see Clubs, teams and businesses.

  1. In My account, switch to your club, team or business, then open Events and choose New event.
  2. Fill in the title, type, start and end, and place (typed in, or one of your saved locations). Add a poster: it's shown whole, never cropped.
  3. Add what players need to know: general and location information, rules, waiver, age requirement, ammo and gear limits, entry fee, player limit, and links for tickets, Discord or Facebook.
  4. Publish it. It's live straight away. Staff send their events to the Owners and Managers, who publish them.

Running the same game every week? Repeat makes the dates for you (every week, every 2 weeks, or monthly), and Duplicate copies an event to start a new one. Each event's Players page shows who's going and, afterwards, lets you mark who attended.

Common questions

›Can I post an event without a club?

Organized events are posted by a club, team or business, and creating one is free. For a casual pickup game, post it in the Community feed or the Forum's Pickup Games topic instead.

›Who can see that I'm going?

Signed-in members see who's Going. To leave your name off, turn off Show me on Going lists in My events: you're still counted, and the organizers still see you. Only the organizers see who's Interested.

›Why is the time different from my time zone?

Each event is shown in its own local time, where it happens, so the time on the page is the time on the field.

›What happens if an event is cancelled?

It stays on the site, marked Cancelled or Postponed, and everyone Going or Interested is emailed.

›Does Airsoft Canada run these events?

No. Each event is run by its organizer, who is responsible for its rules, waivers and safety. Airsoft has real risks: wear proper eye and face protection and follow each field's rules.

›How many events can we post?

Clubs and teams have no limit. A business's number of upcoming events depends on its plan, and a repeating event counts as one.

›How do I get our event noticed?

Choose Feature on an upcoming event to put it at the top of the Events list until it starts. Some business plans include Featured events. Event banners can also be bought for the top of the Events pages.

›Can players buy tickets on the site?

Not yet. Add your ticket or sign-up link to the event and players will find it there.

›How do I report an event?

Choose Report on the event: for example if it isn't real, its details are wrong, or it isn't airsoft. Administrators look at every report.
