Clubs, teams and businesses

List your club, team or business in the Directory, share the work with your people, and keep your page up to date.

Last updated Oct 11, 2026

Clubs, teams and businesses each have their own page in the Directory, their own shared inbox, a Community space, events, and (for businesses) Marketplace ads. Several members can run one together, and one member can be part of several.

Create yours

  1. In My account, open the switcher at the top and choose + Create a club, business or team.
  2. Choose the kind, and enter its name, city and province. A business also confirms it's related to airsoft in Canada.
  3. It's created straight away, and you're its Owner.

Fill in your page

Switch to it in My account and choose Edit profile: an About, website, social links and phone; services and hours; your locations (paste a place from Google Maps, up to 10); a logo, a wide banner and a gallery of up to 20 photos; and, for a business, its types (such as Outdoor Field or Online Store) and the brands it carries.

Bring in your people

On People & invites, an Owner invites anyone by email, or a member by username, as a Manager or Staff. The invitation is emailed and lasts 14 days.

  • Owner: everything: the page, posting as it, its inbox, its people, its plan, and closing it.
  • Manager: edits the page, posts and publishes as it, reads and answers its inbox.
  • Staff: writes events and posts as it (an Owner or Manager publishes the events), reads and answers its inbox.

Work as it

Switch to it in My account and everything you post (Community posts, Forum discussions, events, a business's ads) is posted as it, with its logo and name. Messages to it arrive in its shared inbox, which its Owners, Managers and Staff all see; each reply shows who sent it.

Common questions

›Does it cost anything?

No. Listing is free for everyone. Clubs and teams get a banner, gallery and map locations free. A business's free plan includes its listing and logo; paid business plans add the banner, gallery, map, more business types, brands and more. See Plans, extras and billing.

›What's the difference between a club, a team and a business?

A club is a group that organizes airsoft, often with its own place to play. A team is a group of players. A business sells or offers something: a field, a shop, tech repair, an event organizer, a distributor and so on.

›We run a field. Which kind are we?

A field is a business, with Outdoor Field or Indoor Field as its type. A club that plays on crown land or private property is a club, with its play area as one of its locations.

›Why isn't our email address on our page?

Email addresses are never shown, so they can't be collected for spam. Members reach you with Message on your page, which goes to your shared inbox. Your phone number, if you add one, is shown to signed-in members.

›How do I hand our page over to someone else?

Invite them, make them an Owner once they've joined, then step down or leave. There's always at least one Owner.

›Why can't our club post ads?

Only businesses post ads as themselves. Members of a club or team can still post ads as individuals.

›How many can I run?

You can be the Owner of up to 10 at once, and part of as many as you like.

›Our club or business was on the old site.

It came across with its page, pictures and details, with the old account's member as its Owner. Sign in and switch to it in My account to check it.

›The invitation expired.

Invitations last 14 days. An Owner can send a new one from People & invites.
