Welcome to Airsoft Canada (airsoftcanada.ca), run by IAPZ Technology Inc., a Canadian corporation ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the site. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and Marketplace Policy.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 to have an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • One account per person. Give us accurate information and keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
  • Your username is public. It can't impersonate anyone, look like it's from Airsoft Canada or its staff, or be offensive.

2. Clubs, teams and businesses

If you list or manage an organization, you confirm you're allowed to act for it. Its Owners are responsible for its page, its people and what's posted as it.

3. What you post

  • You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to show it on the site, to share it in our feeds, newsletter and social media, and to keep the copies we need to run and protect the site.
  • Only post what you have the right to share: your own photos and words, or others' with permission and credit.
  • You're responsible for what you post. We may review, hide or remove anything that breaks these terms or our policies.

4. Our rules

Don't use the site to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
  • scam, mislead, or ask for passwords or payment outside a real sale;
  • spam, advertise in ways our plans and features don't allow, or post the same thing over and over;
  • share someone's personal information without their permission;
  • post sexual, hateful or graphic content;
  • get around our safety measures, or use bots or scraping without our permission.

5. The Marketplace

  • You must be 18 or older to buy or sell airsoft guns.
  • Airsoft Canada connects buyers and sellers; we aren't part of any sale. We don't handle payment, shipping or the item, and we don't guarantee any item, ad or member.
  • Sellers must describe items honestly, with real photos, and follow every federal, provincial and municipal law about airsoft guns, including those about their sale, transport, import and the buyer's age.
  • Follow the Marketplace Policy. Meet safely, and never share passwords or pay outside a deal you trust.

6. Events

Events are run by their organizers, not by Airsoft Canada. Organizers are responsible for their events, their rules, waivers and safety, and for keeping their details up to date. Airsoft is a physical activity with real risks: you take part at your own risk, wear proper eye and face protection, and follow each field's and event's rules.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about a real experience with the member or organization. Don't review yourself, your own organization or a competitor, and don't offer anything for reviews.

8. Paid plans and extras

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus the taxes that apply, and are paid through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Plan and billing; your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Extras such as Featured, Top and Bump, and banner ads, are used as soon as they start and aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise.
  • We may change prices; you'll be told before a renewal at a new price.

9. Our site

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and the information members post is theirs, not ours. Links to other sites are for convenience; we're not responsible for them.

10. When things go wrong

We may hide or remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, to keep the site safe. You can stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Airsoft Canada and IAPZ Technology Inc. aren't responsible for losses that come from using the site, from dealings between members, or from events, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll let members know about important changes. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
