Fun fact for anyone else, the gas tube rail will NOT fit without some heavy wacking with a mallet, but once you get it on its solid. I will also point out that once both halves of the rail system are screwed together, there is a small gap between the handguard and the end of the receiver. Yes. Disabled veteran here. Mobility and mental issues for me. Sadly, my solution to both problems is a handful of pills. At 46, people are shocked at how fast I can move, but the following two days are a pain-ridden write-off. Play to your level, dip when you have to.

There was a guy who was in a bad motorcycle accident who used to play at Hill437 in Ontario (that field is gone now) but he was unable to walk more than a few feet at a time and unable to do hard terrain. He had an ATV that he made a modified pintle mount for a SAW and he added a red fire truck beacon light that he could turn on when he was hit and he would ride around and lay down support/suppressive fire. Another guy I used to see a bunch at ultimate Airsoft had MS and played with 2 crutches in order to move - he had to flop onto the floor in order to shoot his gun properly. both seemed to have a good time within the limits they had and made something work fields and other players accommodated

Unfortunately the old forum dissolved without a trace.  There were some chats on trying to recover it, but it never went anywhere.  We made the call to start up this platform in an attempt to rebuild. It was originally a full different site, but we've recently migrated the classifieds section into Airsoft Canada to make it easier for our community by only having to maintain a single login, and a single source of reviews and ratings.

Played my first time in Calgary at the old 007 location last summer. Seemed like an awesome location. I was sad to hear that they had to relocate and lose that huge indoor field. Any word on plans to open a new indoor field? I'm not from Calg but my wife's family is so we are there often.

I swap between three boots usually. My Lowa Renegade II's, Issued SWAT 9" and Vietnam Jungle Boots. All depends on what the conditions are gonna be that day. The Renegade II's are by far the most comfortable though, and gortex. Never skimp out on footwear!

I wear a Jungle type combat boot. However I use goretex socks for waterproofing when the conditions are wet. People watch me walk right into ankle deep water and ask me what boots are those? When the secret is in the socks. I carry spare goretex socks so I can change them out when they start to soak through Normally takes about a day. Also allows me to stick my feet right back into the boots without needing to dry them. Been considering getting a overboot for it for when it gets really cold.

Still using my Trust KJW M92. Was the one Pistol i kept when i stopped playing airsoft years ago, and now that I'm healthier again i'm so happy i kept the little feller.

Airsoft is definitely one of those sports, where it can be VERY easy to 'submerge' yourself into! There is such a wide range of aspects to enjoy!

Turnigy accucel 6, but it's a discontinued product at this point. Been using it for everything that has a rechargeable battery the past 16 years or so. When it dies, I will probably get the Titan Lithium Charger for (airsoft only) and a separate one for my RC toys.

I always balance charge and store my LiPos in a fireproof bag inside a metal box. Never had any swelling or issues.
