What's new on Airsoft Canada

The new Airsoft Canada: clubs, teams and businesses run by their people, events that repeat, and the Community with the Forum built in.

Last updated Oct 11, 2026

Welcome to the new Airsoft Canada. If you were a member of the old site, your account came across with your password, along with your ads, events, reviews, messages and Forum discussions. Here's what's different.

Clubs, teams and businesses, run by their people

On the old site, a club or business was a member account, with one login everyone shared. Now each club, team and business has its own page in the Directory, and is run by its own people, each signing in as themselves.

  • Share the work: an Owner invites people as Managers (edit the page, publish events, answer messages) or Staff (write events and posts, answer messages).
  • Its own inbox: messages to the club or business go to a shared inbox its people all see, and each reply shows who wrote it. Everyone keeps their own private inbox as well.
  • Switch in one place: at the top of My account, choose whether you're working as yourself or as your club, team or business. What you post goes out as the one you chose.
  • Be part of several: one member can run a club, belong to a team and work for a shop.

Was your club or business on the old site? It came across as its own page, with you as its Owner: sign in, switch to it in My account, and invite your people from People & invites.

Events that repeat

Running the same game day every week? Post it once.

  • Repeat an event every week, every 2 weeks, or monthly on the same weekday (the second Sunday, say), up to 26 dates at a time, previewed before they're made. Each date is its own event, so one can be changed, cancelled or postponed without touching the rest.
  • Duplicate copies an event to start a new one, with everything filled in.
  • Players say Going or Interested. Going players are reminded 2 days before, and everyone is told if the time or place changes, or it's cancelled or postponed.
  • Each event's Players page shows who's coming, lets you add a player, and afterwards mark who attended.
  • Find events by type down the side, on a calendar or a map, always in the event's own local time.

The Community, with the Forum built in

The home page is now the Community: what's happening across Canadian airsoft, in one place.

  • Quick posts with photos, from members, clubs, teams and businesses, alongside new ads, events and articles as they appear.
  • The Forum for longer discussions, by topic (Tech and Repairs, Gear and Loadouts, Milsim and Outdoor, Pickup Games and more), with gear and brand tags so they're easy to find later. The old forum's discussions came across.
  • Comment, reply and react, and type @username to bring someone in.
  • Follow members, clubs, businesses and Forum topics, then choose Following to see just them.
  • The bell at the top tells you about replies, mentions and new posts from what you follow, with a daily email of what you missed (which you can turn off).
  • Every club, team and business has its own Community space on its page.
