Help Build Airsoft Canada

Airsoft in Canada has always been community-driven. The games, the shops, the tech knowledge, the photos, the stories, the inside jokes — none of it exists without people showing up and contributing.

Airsoft Canada is being rebuilt with the same idea at its core:

This community is what we make it.

If we want a better place to share events, learn, debate, review gear, and keep the sport strong — we build it together.

We’re looking for a few good people who want to help shape what Airsoft Canada becomes.

Who we’re looking for

Content Creators (Video / Social / Shorts)

  • Loadout features, field days, gameplay clips, kit reviews

  • “How-to” content for new players

  • Social content that helps grow the Canadian scene

Article Writers

  • Opinion pieces, guides, reviews, industry news (with sources)

  • Event write-ups, field spotlights, community interviews

  • Beginner resources (eye pro, safety, starter kits, etiquette)

Photographers

  • Field action photography

  • Event coverage

  • Product / gear photos for reviews and spotlights

Experienced Techs

  • Reliable troubleshooting guides (AEG, GBBR, HPA)

  • Maintenance checklists and upgrade explainers

  • Help reviewing community-submitted tech advice for accuracy

Industry Experience

  • Retail, field owners, manufacturers, trainers, organizers

  • Insight into trends, rules, best practices, and what actually helps the sport grow

Forum & Discord Moderators

  • Keep discussions clean, fair, and welcoming

  • Help steer conversations back to useful info

  • Support new users and keep the vibe solid

What you get out of it

This isn’t about “free labor.” It’s about building something worth having:

  • A bigger, stronger Canadian airsoft hub

  • A place where good content actually gets seen (and not buried in noise)

  • A community that helps new players, supports fields/shops, and keeps the culture alive

Depending on the role and contribution level, we can also do things like contributor credit, profile spotlights, links to your channels/projects, early access to new features, and other perks as the platform grows.

How to get involved

If you want in, Contact Us with a message of:

  1. What role(s) you’re interested in

  2. Your background (short and casual is fine)

  3. Examples (links, photos, posts, YouTube/IG/TikTok, or just what you’ve done in the past)

  4. How much time you realistically want to contribute (even “an hour a week” helps)

Let’s build something the Canadian airsoft community can be proud of.
