This event is designed to bring players together for a structured day of objectives, coordinated movement, and dynamic field play across a large playing area. Whether you’re coming as part of a team or showing up as an individual, the event is intended to be accessible, organized, and fun while still rewarding good communication, discipline, and teamwork. Players can expect a mix of daytime operations, breaks for food and rest, and a final night phase to close out the event with high-intensity gameplay. Teams and Factions The event will feature two main factions: NAU and FIF. Each faction will be assigned by ticketing and event balance, with a limited number of reserved faction slots available for players who have a strong preference. The Militia faction will be a flexible contract-style group used to support either side or operate in smaller assigned elements as needed. Militia participation is intended to add variety, story depth, and tactical flexibility without turning into a permanent third army that dominates the game. Final faction assignments may be adjusted by the organizers to keep gameplay fair and balanced. Ticketing Tickets will be sold on site on the day of the event. Players who want a specific faction may reserve one of a limited number of slots in advance, but faction preference is not guaranteed and may be adjusted for balance. If you do not reserve a faction slot, you may be assigned to the team that best supports overall balance and game flow on the day. This system is designed to keep team numbers even and improve gameplay for everyone. Ticketing and faction assignments are final once the event starts. Rules Summary Players must wear full-seal eye protection at all times on the field. Face protection is strongly recommended, and all players must follow the safety standards posted in the full rules section. All primary replicas must be chronoed before play, and all gear must meet the event’s field limits before being allowed on the field. Coloured armbands will be used for team identification, and faction clothing will be optional only. Medics are not part of this event; respawns will be managed through fixed spawn points or designated forward spawns if the scenario requires one. Night play will require the proper visibility equipment, including a working white flashlight and any other night-phase gear listed in the final rules. Gameplay and Conduct This event is designed around teamwork, communication, and scenario play. Players are expected to stay with their squad or assigned group, follow radio and command structure when applicable, and respect the flow of each mission block. Unsafe behaviour, unauthorized pyro, deliberate rule-breaking, radio interference, or repeated disregard for staff instructions may result in removal from the game. If there is a rules issue or dispute, staff decisions on the field are final until the block is over. Good sportsmanship is expected from everyone. Field and Logistics Players should follow all parking, staging, and check-in directions when they arrive. Please bring what you need for a full day outdoors, including water, food money if needed, and any required personal gear. Food service and break times will be built into the schedule, and players should use those windows to reset, hydrate, and prepare for the next block. Additional event details, including exact chrono limits, spawn rules, and night-phase requirements, will be listed in the final rules post. This page will be used as the main source of truth for event information, so players should check it for updates before game day.
