Why you should use heavier BB's

Morale of the story:
A lighter BB will get to the target faster, but bleed of speed quicker, so great for short range engagement.
A heaver BB will get to the target slower, but maintain velocity for longer giving you more range.

Personally, I like to run .3's at heaviest and .28's at the lightest. I don't go for anything super crazy long range, just to ensure I'm actually hitting my shots before making myself known to everyone else. When I resell BB's on the field though, .32's seem to always be the best seller. People like knowing they're getting the most range out of their BB's, and it really helps knowing what kind of internals or hop up you have so you aren't wasting money on extra weight.
