The level of attrition at events (at least here in Ontario) that I have been able to observe the last few years has been getting a bit ridiculous (barring insane weather of course) So what gives? Do people just not want to get their money's worth out of a game anymore? Do they get that bored or physically burn themselves out that quickly? There is a noticeable drop in participation by the time midnight hits and I'm beginning to wonder if just leaving around that time is becoming an accepted part of going to MILSIM events now.

Now, this is by no means a new problem, but it seems to be even worse now. As hosts, what do you do to try and curb this and keep people in the game? Dropping numbers hurts the whole game experience.
