The Airsoft Canada Club Merch Program is designed to help Canadian airsoft clubs, teams, and organizations launch professional custom merchandise without the cost, inventory risk, or administrative headaches of running their own merch operation.

Through our partnership with a Print on Demand service, Airsoft Canada handles the storefront setup, product listings, order processing, and fulfillment while your team focuses on what matters most — building your community and representing your brand.

What Your Club Provides

To get started, your club simply provides:

  • Team logo(s) or artwork
  • Brand colors or style preferences
  • Approval of final mockups before launch
  • Promotion of your merch store to your members and supporters

All submitted artwork must either be owned by the club or properly licensed for use.

Club Rewards Program

Participating clubs earn Airsoft Canada Store Credit based on completed merchandise sales.

Current Reward Rate

$2 Store Credit per eligible item sold

Credits can be used toward:

  • Team merchandise
  • Event giveaways and raffle prizes
  • Admin or staff apparel
  • Promotional items
  • Future Airsoft Canada services and advertising opportunities

Rewards are calculated based on completed and fulfilled orders only. Cancelled, refunded, or disputed orders do not qualify.
